Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase made within the last 30 calendar days if the desired product received is not satisfactory. Exchanges are granted for a product of equal or greater value. To qualify for an exchange or refund, the product must be in the original packaging and in resale condition with the original receipt.

Chemically Treated Hair: Once the hair has been unpackaged and processed or dyed in any way, we are no longer responsible for any deterioration in quality or satisfaction. Due to the fact that the product is no longer in its original condition as received by the customer, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
